The Fredericksburg Area Association of Realtors®Overview
Founded in 1957, the Fredericksburg Area Association of Realtors® is the trade association for more than 1700 Realtors® and 100 affiliate members serving the City of Fredericksburg and the counties of Stafford, Spotsylvania, King George, Orange, and Caroline. Members also work in the surrounding counties of Westmoreland, Louisa, Prince William and in Northern Virginia.
Mission
FAAR provides members with resources to deliver professional and ethical service and advocates for issues impacting real estate.
Vision
The Fredericksburg Area Association of Realtors® is a vital resource for member success.
Bylaws
The Bylaws are updated as needed by a vote of the membership and are routinely reviewed by NAR for compliance.
Antitrust Statement
The Association is composed of a group of competitors and therefore FAAR must be sensitive to antitrust laws.
Past Presidents
The first President was Orrick Johnson in 1956.

For your convenience, there is a drop box located across from the main entrance in the parking lot labeled FAAR Drop Box. Dues payments may be dropped in the this box. It is checked first thing in the morning during regular business hours.

The Realtor® Store is on the second floor of our building located at 2050 Gordon W. Shelton Boulevard, Fredericksburg, VA 22401.
We have signage for every Realtor® need including: open house signs, posts, riders, directional and on-site. Realtor® branded items include: tote bags, license plate holders, coffee mugs, water bottles and more. While you’re in, don’t forget open house necessities such as pepper spray, flyer boxes or guest registries!
